Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb brick cheese
  • 1/4 lb American or possibly sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 x (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach, liquid removed and squeezed dry
  • 2 lb large curd cottage cheese
  • 7 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. minced onion and parsley combined
  • 7 x Large eggs
  • 1 dsh salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut cheeses and butter into small pcs. In large bowl, combine with spinach, cottage cheese, flour, onion and parsley. In separate bowl, beat Large eggs with seasonings till well beaten; fold into spinach mix. Pour into well-buttered 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Bake about 1 hour or possibly till brown and bubbly. Cold slightly; cut into squares. 20 servings.
