Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 4 c. Pumpkin
  • 3 tsp Vanilla
  • 5 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening, sugar and egg together; stir in pumpkin and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into shortening mixutre. Preheat oven to 350 oF. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet and bake 12 - 15 min.
  2. Makes 6 - 8 dozen cookies.
  3. Variations; add in minced nuts, or possibly chocolate chips. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
