Ingredientes

  • 6 pcs Egg whites
  • 3/4 cup. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup. Rice flour
  • 2/3 cup. Melted shortening

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff, adding sugar and vanilla gradually.
  2. Add in flour and shortening slowly; beat well after each addition.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls on warm, greased baking sheet; spread thin with back spoon.
  4. Bake in 325-degree oven till crisp.
