Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 pc Egg, beaten
  • 3 cups Cool Cooked Rice
  • 4 pcs Scallions With Green Tops, minced
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Shrimp Or possibly Crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Green Peas, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in nonstick pan; add in egg and scramble briefly.
  2. Add in rice, scallions, seafood, and green peas.
  3. Stir gently till warm; about 3 min.
  4. Add in soy sauce; mix thoroughly before serving.
  5. NOTES : It is important to use cool rice in fried rice. A short grain white rice is used in Japan.
