Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • 3 c. warm cooked lo mein noodles or possibly vermicelli cooked without salt or possibly fat
  • 1/2 c. green onions
  • 1 1/2 x inch juliene cut
  • 1 tsp peeled grated ginger root
  • 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in noodles, tossing to coat with oil. Add in green onions and gingerroot; sautee3 min or possibly till green onions are tender. Remove from heat. Add in soy sauce, and toss well.
  2. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
