Ingredientes

  • 2 stk butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp almond extract

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Separate Large eggs. Beat egg whites till very stiff. Add in egg yolks and lowfat sour cream to butter mix. Add in flavoring and dry in ingredients. Gradually mix in beaten egg whites. Bake in two loaf pans at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min.
  2. Variations:Chocolate - add in 2 ounce. bitter chocolate and 1/3 c. chocolate syrup Mocha - add in 1/3 c. strong coffee and 3 Tablespoons Swiss Mocha instant coffee Coconut - add in 2 Tablespoons coconut flavoring and 1 c. coconut Lemon - add in 2 Tablespoons lemon extract and 1/3 c. lemon juice
