Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 dsh grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 x unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Mix together the sugar, flour and spices. Stir in butter. Beat in Large eggs and add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 to 15 min at 400 degrees F
  3. (205 degrees C), then reduce heat to 350 degreesF (175 degrees C) and bake 30 min more or possibly till pie sets.
  4. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
