Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce cherry gelatine
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 can cherry pie filling, 1 lb. 6 ouces
  • 1/3 c. claret wine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Disolve gelatin in the warm water. Add in pie filling, wine and lemon juice.
  2. Cold.
  3. Soften cream cheese and gradually beat in evaporated lowfat milk. Add in to gelatin mix, refrigeratetill mix thickens slighlty. Stir to distributed cherries and pour into 6 c. serving dish or possibly mold. Refrigeratewell.
  4. Makes 8to 10 servings.
