Ingredientes

  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 sm. pkg. Jello
  • 1 (#303) can undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing; optional
  • 1 c. whipped cream or possibly topping

Direcciones

  1. Heat marshmallows in top of double boiler with lowfat milk. Turn off heat; blend in cream cheese. Add in Jello and stir well. Pour into pan or possibly mold. Blend in salad dressing (optional). Mix in pineapple. Mix in whipped cream/topping. Refrigerate in refrigerator; may be frzn for short periods. Use food coloring to give festive look.
