Ingredientes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (5 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jelly
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jelly
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
  2. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, milk, butter & brown sugar together. Set aside. Mix strawberries and strawberry jelly. Fold in to 1/2 of the cream mixture and 1/2 heavy whipping cream. Spread over the crust.
  5. Do the same with the raspberries,
  6. Spread over the strawberry mixture layer.
  7. Topping: Mix cool whip and Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  8. Spread over berries.
  9. Decorate.
