Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese -- softened
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Raspberry jam
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar Sifted powdered sugar
  • 2/3 c. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Pour oil in a jelly-roll pan. Place in the oven while oven is heating to 450 degrees. Beat the Large eggs with the salt till light. Blend the sugar with the flour. Add in to the Large eggs and beat till batter is smooth. Stir in lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Remove pan from the oven and pour in the batter.
  2. Bake for 15 min, or possibly till puffy and brown. Immediately spread with the cream cheese and jam. Roll up jelly-roll fashion. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
