Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Jelly, (your choice)
  • 1 c. Cabbage shredded
  • 1 c. Carrot minced
  • 1 sprg spring onion minced fine
  • 1 x Tomato
  • 1 x Capsicum small minced
  • 1 x Apple hard
  • 2 x Pineapple slices
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Coriander minced fine Salt to taste Pepper fresh grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd sugar
  • 1 tsp White vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Set jelly as per instructions on packet.
  2. Meanwhile place any empty salad bowl in the fridge to chill.
  3. When jelly is well-set cut into tiny cubes.
  4. Remove the bowl from fridge. Chop apple and pineapple to pcs.
  5. Fill it with cabbage, carrot, capsicum, apple, pineapple, spring onion.
  6. Sprinkle salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Add in jelly pcs.
  7. Toss with chopsticks or possibly fork.
  8. Garnish with slices of tomato and coriander.
  9. Serve chilled.
  10. Making time: 10 min (excluding jelly-setting time)
  11. Makes: 6-7 servings
