Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Mango, peeled, pitted
  • 1 x Chili, serano, seeded and deribbed Juice of one lime
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Bell pepper, red, diced
  • 1/2 c. Cantalope, diced
  • 1/2 c. Honeydew melon, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Cucumber, peeled, diced and seeded
  • 1/2 c. Jicama, peeled, diced
  • 2 tsp Cilantro, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper, black
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor or possibly blender, puree lime juice, mango and chile. Place diced vegetables and fruit in a mixing bowl, add in puree and combine. Fold in cilantro, salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste. Gently mix in lowfat sour cream. Serve with grilled fish or possibly chicken.
