Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp onion pwdr
  • 2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry sweet basil
  • 1 tsp grnd bay leaf
  • 3/4 tsp grnd coriander
  • 3/4 tsp grnd savory
  • 3/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 3/4 tsp fresh grnd black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cumin salt, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients and store in airtight container. No need to chill. Massage the Rub into meat the night before cooking. Wrap in plastic and store in icebox till time to grill.
