Ingredientes

  • 2 x Oranges
  • 2 x Mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 x Pineapple peeled and diced
  • 1 sm Jicama peeled and diced
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 c. Fresh-grated coconut (or possibly dry, unsweetened shredded coconut) Lettuce leaves

Direcciones

  1. Slice ends off oranges and stand upright. Cut away the skin and membrane, exposing fruit. Cut between the membranes to remove the sections and place in a large bowl. Remove and throw away any seeds. Add in mangoes, pineapple, jicama, lime juice, sugar, cilantro and coconut to bowl and stir to combine.
  2. To serve salad, place lettuce leaves on individual chilled plates or possibly a serving platter, and spoon fruit on top.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
