Ingredientes

  • 6 med catfish, cleaned & dressed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 bot warm sauce, (2 ounce.)
  • 2 c. self-rising cornmeal vegetable oil lemon slices

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle catfish with salt and pepper; place in shallow dish. Add in warm sauce. Marinate 1-2 hrs in refrigerator. Place cornmeal in a plastic bag; drop in catfish (one at a time) and shake till completely coated with cornmeal. Fry in deep warm oil (375 degrees) till fish float to the top and are golden; drain well. Garnish with lemon slices.
