Ingredientes

  • 2 can (15-ounce) chickpeas, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Seseme tahini
  • 1 x -(up to)
  • 2 x Lemons, juice of
  • 1 x Clove (large) garlic, crushed Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh Cumin, to taste Extra virgin olive oil or possibly warm water to thin mix

Direcciones

  1. Drain chickpeas. Place in food processor with metal blade ( not blender!
  2. )along with garlic and tahini. Process till smooth. add in juice from lemon and process a few seconds to blend. I mix seems to thick thin out with a bit of warm water or possibly extra virgin olive oil.Season to taste. Cumin can be optional as well as a bit of cilantro. Serve in pita bread with veges such as tomato, sliced cukes, onion rings, sprouts etc.
