Ingredientes

  • 7 ounce Macaroni -- (Creamettes)
  • 2 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup -- Campbells
  • 3/4 can Lowfat milk
  • 3 can Tuna In Water -- liquid removed
  • 2 whl Celery Ribs -- Minced
  • 1 sm Onion -- minced
  • 1/2 med Green Pepper -- minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Black Pepper -- to taste
  • 1/2 lb Mushroom Pcs

Direcciones

  1. Add in 1 Tbsp. salt and oil to a large pot of boiling water. Cook macaroni till tender, and drain.
  2. Saute/fry vegetables gently in butter till limp. Add in soup, tuna, lowfat milk, and pepper. Heat thoroughly, then mix with noodles in a 2-qt casserole.
  3. Casserole may be served "as is", or possibly baked for 20 min, uncovered, in a 325 degree oven. If baking is preferred, increase lowfat milk slightly to thin mix, as it will cook down somewhat in the oven. Before baking, you can top with crushed potato chips, or possibly crushed ritz crackers blended with a bit of melted butter.
