Ingredientes

  • 28 gm fresh orange juice
  • 1 x egg (50g)
  • 50 gm sugar
  • 30 gm butter
  • 4 gm gelatine
  • 220 gm whipping cream
  • 200 gm chocolate
  • 300 gm whipping cream
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 40 gm sugar
  • 35 gm cake flour
  • 9 gm Cocoa pwdr
  • 13 gm butter (melted)
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 40 gm sugar
  • 40 gm cake flour
  • 13 gm butter (melted)

Direcciones

  1. 1 Recipe orange mousse
  2. 1 recipe chocolate mix
  3. 1 recipe chocolate sponge
  4. 1 recipe white sponge
  5. chocolate for decoration
  6. Place white sponge at the bottom of the cake mould. Pour orange mousse into the mould. Add in chocolate sponge and fill up with chocolate mix. Decorate with chocolate.
  7. Orange mousse:Combine egg and sugar. Bring orange juice and butter to the boil and pour in the egg mix. Heat up carefully to 85 C and cold down to 60 C. Soak and hot up gelatine and add in to the above mix. Mix in whipped cream.
  8. Chocolate mix:Combine by folding melted chocolate into whipped cream.
  9. Chocolate sponge:Beat Large eggs and sugar till frothy. Mix in melted butter, flour and cocoa pwdr. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 190 C for about 30 min.
  10. White sponge:Beat Large eggs and sugar till frothy. Mix in melted butter and flour. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 190 C for about 30 min.
  11. Note: Chocolates used in these recipes are of the content of 60 per cent chocolate.
