Ingredientes

  • DOUGH:
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x EGG
  • 2 Tbsp. BUTTER
  • 1 tsp VANILLA
  • 1/4 c. SUGAR
  • 1 tsp SALT
  • 1/2 tsp CINNAMON
  • 1/2 tsp LEMON PEEL dry or possibly fresh
  • 1/2 tsp grnd CARDAMOM
  • 3 c. All-purpose FLOUR
  • 2 tsp YEAST rapid or possibly quick Add in:
  • 1/2 c. dry Fruit cherries or possibly raisins
  • 1/4 c. minced ALMONDS (1/4 to 1/2) WASH:
  • 1 x EGG beaten with
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk or possibly cream

Direcciones

  1. Add in dry fruits/nuts to the abm pan 5 minutes. after kneading starts.
  2. Remove dough from abm.
  3. Divide into 3 equal pcs.
  4. Roll each piece into a long rope and braid ropes together.
  5. Place braid on lightly greased baking pan.
  6. Cover, let rise about 1-1/2 hrs.
  7. Brush dough with EGG WASHBake in preheated 350 oven 25-30 minutes.
  8. Until golden brown.
