Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Junior Mints(2pk)
  • 3 pkt (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Combine ingredients. Press in bottom and sides of 9" springform pan.
  2. Place junior mints in freezer.
  3. Preheat oven to 350^F. With electric mixer or possibly in a food processer; combine cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour into crust. Chop cool junior mints and sprinkle onto cheesecake. Bake 40-45 min or possibly till just set.
  4. Cold on wire rack, then refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
  5. Makes about 8servings.
