- Slow Cooker Turkey Stew
- Turkey breast, carrots, orzo pasta and sweetened cranberries in a creamy Italian sauce
- Instruments
- 1 lb boneless, skinless turkey breast, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¾ cup orzo pasta
- ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2½ cups chicken broth
- 1½ tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Lyrics
Place turkey cubes, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, pasta and cranberries in slow cooker. In a medium bowl whisk together broth, flour, Italian seasoning and pepper. Add to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours or until turkey and pasta are fully cooked. Serve.
