Ingredientes

  • smoked sausage, beef, chicken, or possibly pork
  • your favorite vegetables
  • suggestions: potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, onion
  • cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Cut meat and vegetables into bite sized pcs.
  2. Lightly brown the meat of your choice (unless you are using pre-cooked sausage). Spray sheets of aluminum foil lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Place a few pcs of each ingredient on the foil, and fold up into a "pocket". You may want to double wrap the pocket because the juices can seep through.
  4. Place into a baking dish or possibly pan and bake at 400
