- Heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger-garlic paste for 2-3 mins. Add sliced onions & capsicum. Saute till they begin to turn light brown.
- Add the dry spices & cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add the tomato puree & cook till the oil separates from the masala.
- Add salt & sugar. Mix well.
- Add the paneer pieces. Cook till the the paneer is tender.
- Turn off the heat, add fresh cream & garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with chappathi/paratha.
