Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Beaten Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua

Direcciones

  1. In heavy saucepan, heat lowfat milk till almost boiling. Stir in sugar. Remove sweetened lowfat milk from heat & gradually add in Large eggs, stirring constantly. Return to heat. Cook over low heat stirring steadily till custard thickens.
  2. Remove custard from heat & stir in vanilla & Kahlua. Cover & cold.
