Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Kahlua
  • 1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. finely-minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring till blended. Combine flour, baking pwdr, and cocoa; stir into sugar mix. Mix in walnuts. Spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean; cold on a wire rack, and cut into squares.
  3. This recipe yields 16 brownies.
  4. Comments: To reduce fat and calories, substitute 1/2 c. egg substitute for Large eggs.
