Ingredientes

  • 4 sm Hard ripe bananas, peeled (1-1/4 pounds)
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant coffee granules
  • 1/3 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Reduced-calorie stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua or possibly other coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 1/3 c. Vanilla nonfat frzn yogurt

Direcciones

  1. Cut each banana in half crosswise, and cut each piece in half lengthwise.
  2. Set banana pcs aside.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a large nonstick skillet. Add in the coffee granules, brown sugar, and margarine; reduce heat to medium, and cook till sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Add in banana pcs; cook 5 min, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat, and stir in Kahlua.
  5. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 4banana pcs, 2-1/2 Tbsp. sauce, and 1/3 c. frzn yogurt).
  6. Serving Ideas : Spoon over frzn yogurt.
