Ingredientes

  • 600 ml cream
  • 2 Tbsp. coffee pwdr
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 125 gm chocolate, dark
  • 30 gm macadamia nuts
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar (caster)
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, grnd

Direcciones

  1. Heat 1/2 the cream and coffee in pan over low heat till bubbles appear around edges of pan.
  2. Combine Large eggs and brown sugar, whisk in warm cream, cook, stirring constantly over low heat without boiling till mix is slightly thickened, allo to cold to room temperature.
  3. Beat remaining cream till thick, fold into cool cream mix.
  4. Pour into 23cm square slab tin. Freeze till almost set. Drizzle top with cooled melted chocolate, cover with aluminium foil, freeze overnight. Serve decorated with whipped cream and roasted minced macadamia nuts, top with Kahlua Sauce.
  5. Kahlua Sauce: Combine water and sugar, stir till dissolved, boil 5 min, cold. Add in Kahlua and cinnamon.
