Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Dark sweet chocolate cut in pcs
  • 3 ounce Butter, cut in pcs
  • 1/2 c. Sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee pwdr
  • 2 c. Whipping cream

Direcciones

  1. In top of double boiler, heat chocolate and butter over simmering water. In large bowl, combine sugar, yolks, Kahlua and coffee pwdr. Blend in chocolate mix. Whip cream till stiff peaks form; fold into Kahlua-chocolate mix. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form; fold into mix. Spoon into dessert glasses. Chill 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Top, if you like, with whipped cream, chocolate curls and mint leaves. (6 to 10 servings)
