Ingredientes

  • 500 gm diced kangaroo
  • 2 Tbsp. light oil
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 1 clv garlic, crushed
  • 125 gm mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1/4 c. beef stock
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp minced thyme or possibly rosemary
  • 1 x bay leaf salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a pan. Brown meat then transfer to an overproof dish. Add in extra oil to pan and cook oinion and garlic till soft but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 2 hrs.
  2. Serve with creamy mashed potato or possibly buttered fettuccine.
