Kangkong with Minced Garlic

This very simple recipe has been a favorite lately. Even my little girl enjoyed this. One of the vegetables that she eats with gusto!

Ingredientes

  • 2 bundles kangkong
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. Stir-fry the chopped garlic in sesame oil. Season with a little soy sauce.
  2. Put in the kangking stalks first add little water and let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Add the leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the kangkong and serve.
