Receta Kangkung Tumis
A super easy stir fry kangkung recipe.

- Cut washed kangkung.
- Medium heat 1 table spoon of oil.
- Sauté 2 chopped garlic, a half chopped onion and 4 red chili pepper until the aroma comes out.
- Add the chopped kangkung, 2 table spoons oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Wait 1 minute, then take out of the heat and serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
