Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/4 c. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. sweet paprika
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. onion pwdr
  • 4 tsp good-quality chili pwdr or possibly pwdr ancho chilies
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (or possibly to taste)
  • 1 1/2 tsp grnd thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp grnd oregano
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Store unused spice mix in an airtight container.
  2. Note: If you do not like an individual spice, just omit it or possibly substitute one of your favorites.
