Really tasty, good use for left-overs

2 c. cubed cooked chicken

2 c. thin sliced celery

2 c. toasted bread cubes (or possibly croutons)

1/2 c. minced toasted almonds

1 sm onion, grated

1 c. mayonnaise

2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese Mix all together. Put in greased 13 x 9 pan Bake 350 degrees , 30 minutes. Serve warm.
