Receta Kathryn's Killer Cinnamon Rolls

- Follow directions on box for mixing and select dough cycle on bread machine. While dough is kneading and rising in the bread machine, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- When dough cycle is complete take dough out of machine onto a lightly floured surface (pastry board). With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll dough into a 13- by 9-inch rectangle. Spread butter over dough and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix. Roll dough beginning at the 13-inch side and healthy pinch ends.
- After dough has been rolled, divide into 16 rolls. (I fold roll in half, cut, then divide each half again to get equal pcs.) Set 8 pcs into 9-inch round cake pans. You will have 2 cake pans. Cover with pastry cloth (I use an old sheet, cut up) in a non-drafty place till they double in size, approximately 45 to 60 min. (I set mine in an oven which was prewarmed for 5 min at 250, then turned off).
- When double in size, bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till lightly browned. Turn onto plate and put on icing.
- This recipe yields 16 rolls.
