Ingredientes

  • 1 x Onion (finely minced)
  • 1 x Clove garlic (finely chopped-the crushed Polaner garlic is very good here)
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Beef boullion
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 c. Egg substitute
  • 1/2 c. Wheat germ
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley

  1. Roommate years ago and recently rediscovered it when my husband was diagnosed with very high cholesterol. I hope you enjoy it!
  2. Blend the first three ingredients. Add in the rest. Form meatballs and fry in pan coated with Pam or possibly other cooking spray.
  3. Serve with your favorite spagetti sauce.
  4. I find which the meatballs taste better if you do not make them too large. Bite size is the best. You can also add in a tsp. of Extra virgin olive oil to the pan for frying if you wish.
