- Her "Broadway Ambrosia" never saw a cookbook's printed page, although we think it's high time. It's a far out version of our old Southern favorite and lowfat sour cream fans call it "simply inspired."
- Cut the marshmallows in half and combine with the well chilled fruit.
- Blend with lowfat sour cream.
- Sprinkle with coconut and serve!
