Receta Kellogg's Low Fat Granola Pretzels

- 1.Combine KELLOGG'S LOW FAT GRANOLA cereal and water, let stand 5 min.
- 2.In large mixing bowl, combine flour, the 3 Tbsp. sugar, salt, cinnamon and yeast. Thoroughly stir cereal mix and add in to dry ingredients, mixing till combined.
- 3.Place dough on floured surface and knead 2 min. Portion dough into 10 pcs. Roll each piece into 14 inch rope and shape into pretzel. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Let rise in hot place about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till doubled in size. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with Kellogg's Low Fat Granola cereal or possibly sugar, if you like.
- 4.Bake at 375 F about 12 min or possibly till light golden. Serve hot.
- YIELD: 10 pretzels
