Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x To 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 3 can Italian (plum) Tomatoes, pureed in food processor (28 ounce each)
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Italian Parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Basil Leaves
  • 2 x Bay Leaves

Direcciones

  1. Salt and Freshly Grnd Pepper to taste
  2. In a 3 qt saucepan heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add in garlic and saute/fry' 1 minute. Add in tomatoes and remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered about 30 min. Remove bay leaves and store in refrigerator for future use. Serve over pasta in place of meat sauce.
  3. Yield: about 8 C.
