- Boil full cream milk
- Add lemon juice
- Strain in a cheese cloth and hang for 1 hour
- Soak saffron in 2tbsp milk
- Take a heavy bottom pan and fry the paneer till all the water is lost
- Add sugar and mash the paneer nicely
- Add saffron milk and mix again
- Make small balls and press in the centre
- Garnish with pistachios and saffron strand
- Serve chilled
