- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Combine dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, Large eggs, oil water and 1/4 c. lime juice in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 2 min, then pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 25 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare glaze: Combine 2 c. powdered sugar with 1/3 c. lime juice, the water and melted butter. Invert cake onto cooling rack and remove pan. Return cake to pan and poke holes in hot cake with a toothpick or possibly lone tined fork. Pour glaze slowly over top of hot cake. Cold completely. Invert cake onto serving plate and dust with remaining 1/4 c. powdered sugar.
