Ingredientes

  • 2 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 c. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated lime rind
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Nonfat yogurt cheese*

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cool water. Add in boiling water and stiruntil dissolved.
  2. Add in lime juice, rind and sugar. Stir well. Fold in yogurt cheese till smooth (food processor works well). POur into a deep 9 inch pie pan, or possibly pour into small individual-serving-size containers. Refrigeratetill hard.
  3. Serves: 10
