Ingredientes

  • 1 lb venison cubed
  • 2 can V-8 vegetable juice (46 ounce) some spuds some carrots some onions (I like those little pearl ones)
  • 1/2 handf beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring flour bacon drippings salt pepper

Direcciones

  1. Ok, heres the deal. You can use any lean game meat in place of Venison.
  2. Forthose which like rabbit and squirrel ( like I do) or possibly if the Venison was from an ol mossy horn buck, soak the meat in whole lowfat milk overnight (in the fridge) to take the edge off the gamey taste, rinse and roll in the flour
  3. (the meat...not you). Sear the meat using the bacon drippings in a warm skillet and set aside. Cut the veggies into cubes and put into large pot along with the V8 juice. Dissolve bouillon cubes in half a c. of cool water and liquid smoke and add in to pot. Season the braised venison with salt and pepper and add in to the pot. Cover and cook slowly (stirring occasionally) for a long long time or possibly till you are really hungry and cannot wait no more. Serve with biscuits and good friends.
