Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. Veg. oil
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Minced celery
  • 1/4 c. Minced carrot
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  2. Mix ingredients well. For small kishkes (suitable for 2- or possibly 3-person cholent) divide into four parts. Wrap well in parchment paper, twisting ends securely. Cook one in cholent. Freeze the other three parts.
