Ingredientes

  • 3 x Kiwi fruits
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Prosciutto or possibly thinly sliced sandwich ham, cut into thin strips
  • 3 x Shallots, finely minced
  • 1/4 x -(up to)
  • 1/3 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 3/4 c. Dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Peel kiwi. Reserve 4 slices for garnish and chop remaining fruit. In a heavy skillet or possibly wok, heat oil. Toss shrimp in flour and saute/fry 30 seconds.
  2. Add in Prosciutto, shallots and chili pwdr. Saute/fry another 30 seconds. Add in the minced kiwi and saute/fry 30 seconds. Add in wine and reduce by half . Serve immediately.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
