Ingredientes

  • 1 x egg
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 1/8 tsp baking pwdr Healthy pinch grnd nutmeg
  • 1 tsp chopped, fresh parsley, optional garnish

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, beat egg; stir in flour, water, salt, baking pwdr, and nutmeg. Drop batter by half tsp. into the simmering soup. When dumplings rise to top, stir in parsley and serve.
