Ingredientes

  • 6 x Knockwurst
  • 3 c. Sauerkraut, rinsed & liquid removed
  • 1 x Apple, peeled,cored, minced
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 c. Or possibly can beer, your choise or possibly
  • 1 c. White wine, instead of beer

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly in a large skillet. Simmer over low heat 15-20 min and serve. Can also be prepared in a crockpot, that is done most of the time. Ham hocks can be used/added also. just strip most of the fat off. Serve with mashed potatoes.
  2. In crockpot it's about 6 hours cooking, but much better.
