Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce pkg. frzn minced spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup & recipe mix
  • 8 ounce can water chestnuts (opt.)
  • 3 green onions

Direcciones

  1. Thaw and squeeze spinach till dry. In blender, chop and blend all ingredients well. Cover and chill 2 hrs. Stir before serving.This is a dip which even people who do not like spinach, like this dip.
  2. Note: This is the original recipe, but some people do not like it prepared with Miracle Whip. You might want to try it with regular Mayo instead.
