Korean Style Chicken Wings

Ingredientes

  • 4 lbs. chicken wings
  • 2 or possibly 3 green onions (cut lengthwise)
  • 1 T crushed red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 T sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Brown wings in oil. Sprinkle on green onions, crushed red pepper, garlic and sesame seeds. Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar and pour over wings. Stir frequently to baste wings with sauce. Cook in covered pan or possibly frying pan over low heat or possibly roast in oven at 325 for 45 min to 1 1/2 hrs. Store in refrigerator if you like and reheat the following day for enhanced flavor.
