Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Cider vinegar
  • 9 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. canning salt
  • 2 x or possibly 3 fresh dill
  • 3 x or possibly 4 cloves of garlic per jar

Direcciones

  1. If you like, carrot sticks can be added with the cucumbers in jars. Wash canning jars. Wash cucumbers. Place dill in bottom of jar with cloves of garlic and arrange cucumbers in jar also. In the meantime, brine can be brought to a boil on stove. Pour over cucumbers and seal with sterilized lids. Process for 5 - 10 min in warm water bath.
  2. Wife puts up 15-20 qts of these a year.
